Privacy Policy
Your clients’ data is your business. Literally.
The short version: Pawly stores what you and your clients enter, uses it only to run your business, and shows ads to no one. Here is the long version.
Effective July 31, 2026
What Pawly is
Pawly is business-management software for pet-care companies: scheduling, invoicing, client communication and visit records. It is operated by Inclusive Tech LLC of Fairfax, Virginia. This policy covers the Pawly mobile apps (client and staff), the web portal, and joinpawly.app.
Pawly has two kinds of users: pet-care businesses (our customers) and their clients (pet owners invited by those businesses). For a pet owner’s data, the pet-care business is the data controller and Pawly is the processor acting on its instructions.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider — we never see the plaintext).
Service data you or your pet-care business enter: pet profiles, service addresses, bookings and visit records, invoices, messages between you and the business, and photos attached to visits or report cards.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch Pawly’s servers; we store only what Stripe returns (a payment reference, last four digits, and status).
Basic technical data: server logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) kept for security and debugging, and the minimum device information the app needs to run.
What we don’t do
No ads and no ad SDKs. No sale or rental of personal data to anyone, ever. No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the apps. No background location tracking — the mobile apps do not request device location.
Where data lives
Application data is hosted on Supabase (managed Postgres, hosted on AWS in the United States) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments are handled by Stripe. Web hosting is provided by Vercel. These are the only subprocessors; each processes data solely to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as the account it belongs to is active. When a pet-care business closes its account, its data (including its clients’ data) is deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain (such as invoice records for tax purposes). Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the address below. If you are a pet owner, your pet-care business controls your records — we will loop them in or direct your request to them where the law requires it. Account deletion is also available from within the app settings.
Children
Pawly is business software and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
This policy is effective July 31, 2026. If it changes materially, account owners are notified by email before the change takes effect. Questions and requests: hello@joinpawly.app — you’ll get a reply from the person who runs the company.
