Do Pawly require a data connection to work?
No. Pawly is offline-first: check-ins, photos, notes and report cards all save on the device and deliver automatically the moment signal returns.
Can you help me transfer my data from another tool?
Absolutely. Free data migration is included on every plan. We can assist in transferring client and pet profiles, staff, and keys. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer schedules over.
How does billing for staff work?
Solo is for one person. To add staff, upgrade to Team, which includes three staff and costs $9 for each additional staff member per month.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Never. Pawly is month-to-month with no setup fee and no card required to start your 30-day trial. Cancel any time.
