Do my sitters need a data connection to work?
No. Pawly is offline-first: check-ins, photos, notes and report cards all save on the device and deliver automatically the moment a signal returns.
Can I move my data over from another tool?
Yes — free data migration is included on every plan. Our onboarding coach imports clients, pets and schedules from Time To Pet and most competitors for you.
How does billing for staff work?
You only pay for active staff — anyone with at least one scheduled service in the billing period. Seasonal helpers cost nothing in their off months, and on Agency, staff beyond 25 are always free.
